Your essences are bottled on order to assure the highest quality. They are packaged in cobalt blue bottles with glass droppers and stabilized with alcohol. If you prefer an alcohol-free stabilizer, please request Red Shiso plus distilled white vinegar. There's no extra charge --- select "Red Shiso" from the drop-down menu on each essence page before you click on the 'add to cart' button. If red shiso is not selected, alcohol will be sent.

If you order a boxed set of essences, or if you order several essences at one time, they will arrive in an attractive storage box that keeps your essences standing upright. This keeps the rubber squeeze bulb on the dropper from coming into contact with the essence while it is being stored so it will not take on a rubbery taste. Over time, even when your essences are standing upright, it is possible they will have a slight rubber taste. Please be assured they are still as potent as ever.

Make your selections carefully. All featherhawk products are fully guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return it to featherhawk for a credit or refund of product cost.
