Using Muscle Testing to
Check Yourself for Essences (UPDATED 2014)
When
you use muscle testing, you are checking the status of your body's
electrical system. Muscle testing enables you to discern two
answers: YES and NO. If the testing circuit stays strong, it
means the electrical system (and hence, your body) is supported
by the essence you are checking. That's a YES. If the testing
circuit weakens when you test, it indicates the electrical system
becomes disconnected or overloaded by the essence you are checking.
That's a NO. (Read more...)
Please Don't Sniff the Essences!
"Why
not?" Because essences don't smell!
"Essences"
and "essential oils" are often mistaken for each other.
The main difference is this: ESSENCES capture the subtle patterns
of nature in pure water, and are usually taken internally. Essential
oils are made by pressing, distilling, or otherwise extracting
the chemical constituents from plant parts, and are usually used
externally. (Read

the joys of the season, read on. (Read

If you have worked with animal guides, you have discovered their

Hurry Up! Hurry Up! Reclaim
Your Passion for Life with Nature Essences
The American lifestyle of the '90's is brimming with opportunities
to be over-extended, stressed out and exhausted, and we're taking
full advantage of every one of them! We spend untold hours at
work, grab something to eat, run the kids here and there, and
struggle to find personal time and moments with loved ones. (Read more...)
In the Face of Inexplicable
Tragedy, Be the Love You Are
Sometimes, in ways that don't make sense, we receive profound
insight and unexpected gifts from events that happen in our neighborhood,
and in our world. As I write, it
is September 14, 2001. The world will never be the same after
the events in New York on September 11. Yet we have an unprecedented
opportunity to create peace and transformation out of tragedy,
to search our own souls for healing, to actively seek the "light
at the end of the tunnel," when it seems like the tunnel
may never end. (Read

Nature's Gracious Intelligence
There is an ongoing debate among many people regarding the value
and intelligence of Nature. Do animals have feelings? Do they
think? Are they more than animated instinct machines that do
only what their genetic makeup determines.
Does
a plant contribute more to the world than its inherent beauty
or grace? Is it beautiful by some random act of uncontrolled
mutation? Can a daffodil or a spider or a rock have an opinion?
What is Nature, anyway? Beautiful trees? Meandering rivers? Wildflowers?
Flocks of birds? Seen? Unseen? (Read

Germs, Insanity, and Sacred
Geometry
Louis
Pasteur is the "father," if you will, of the germ theory:
all disease is caused by germs. If germs are eliminated, disease
will be eliminated. Of course our experience indicates germs
get stronger when we attempt to eradicate them with ever more
powerful drugs, yet we continue to develop and prescribe stronger
antibiotics. (Read

Hide and Seek: A Metaphor
for Spiritual Growth
I remember playing hide and seek with my cousins and some neighbor
kids when I was a child. We always had fun finding hiding places
in the garage, around the empty house next door, or in somebody's
closet or back yard. There were spiders and other bugs plus the
occasional lizard outside to make the game truly high risk. Of
course, it lost much of its "fun quotient" as we wore
out all the best spots... (Read more...)

Knock, Knock. Who Lives
Here? Ask Your Chakra Animals!
Have you ever come across a book that captures your imagination
and opens a world of possibilities, you begin to practice the
ideas then you get distracted and set it aside? Then you pick
it up again a few months later and set it aside again. Then it
catches your eye next year... The pattern repeats again and again
until, one day, you simply don't get to put it down again; you
must pay attention. (Read
